Our Recommendation

Implement a comprehensive digital and carbon advisory program covering three core work packages:

  1. Digital Workstream: Real-time, map (GIS)-based monitoring of farms, plant operations, and offtake
  2. Carbon Workstream: Design and execute a bankable carbon program with methodology selection, Digital MRV, and credit issuance
  3. Integrated Solutions: Seamless connection between operational data and carbon accounting

Context & Challenge

Current Position

  • β€’Development of Napier-grass based biogas / Bio-CNG asset cluster
  • β€’Engineering Feasibility and Detailed Project Report (FDPR) in progress
  • β€’On-field agronomy studies and EPC scope development
  • β€’Need for digital monitoring and carbon credit program design

Key Challenges

  • ⚠Need for real-time visibility across farms, plant, and offtake to optimize operations
  • ⚠Requirement for audit-ready data from day one to support carbon credit issuance
  • ⚠Complexity of integrating multiple data sources (sensors, apps, satellite) into unified platform
  • ⚠Need to design carbon program that transitions from emission reductions to carbon removals

Opportunity

Build a comprehensive digital and carbon advisory program that enables operational excellence, supports carbon credit generation, and creates a scalable model for future expansion. The integrated approach ensures that digital infrastructure and carbon accounting are designed together from the start, avoiding costly retrofitting later.
